Well, we run team building sessions to get you and your group fit and strong for work and life - 30 minutes of results based strength training, followed by a cold beer to enjoy whilst you exchange some friendly banter. In fact, just last week, a group from a local plumbing company rocked a solid session, drank their beers and said they would include 'Barbells and Beer' as a monthly session.
